We are businesswomen united with the aim of personal and professional growth. Our group works to publicize our businesses and with the resources bring these small businesses to the next level.
USMF looks to represent the interests of the Latina businesswomen by promoting their personal and business development through training, workshops, seminars, courses, and mixers.

Our Founder, Mary Mora
Being a migrant female entrepreneur, I understand the problems and challenges. I believe in the Union and in the importance of education, collaboration, and connections.
What I hope is that women discover their maximum potential and become empowered and achieve success in their businesses.
